This game was remarkably similar to the 03 game in Miami. We had them beat there, but Brock brought them back to win late.
I think the team came out thinking this was going to be easy. The fans thought it was going to be easy, very little energy in the stadium. And give UM credit, they had a great gameplan and didn't allow their QBs to make mistakes, lots of short passes and no possibility of an interception. Me thinks that we are too spoiled if you aren't happy with a 23 point win in a rivalry game. Our D played well and we made decent adjustments at halftime on both O and D. I am frustrated at the lack of crossing routes and basically not giving Hernandez a look all night. And where is Moody? Moore can't do it and Rainey is just too small to run between the tackles. Overall, I am very pleased, never thought we would lose and am happy as all get out that Urban went for the FG in the final minute. Take that back to S.
