This is what we've been waiting for to finalize the cookout plans. Since the game will start early, we'll cook out AFTER the game. You can arrive whenever you want, but we'll plan on eating around 5:00PM. That way, everyone can eat before hitting the road for home. I'll get with committee and finalize the location and get back with everyone shortly.
As I mentioned before, I will be pulling a trailer/cooker down from Chattanooga and will be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs. GatorNet will provide the meat, buns, and condiments (as well as paper products) but I'll need everyone to plan on stopping by a grocery or convenience store on the way to the cookout and pick up your own extras, such as drinks, chips, whatever. If we do it this way, there will be no charge for the cookout, but when I post the link to the poll. I ***NEED*** everyone who will attend the cookout to vote so I'll know how much meat, etc I'll need. I don't want any leftovers, but more importantly, I don't want to run out. We had close to 50 attend the last cookout (2006).
