Why stop at 76? ;-)

I've finally figured out what Urban Meyer is planning for Georgia. He wants
to put more points on them than any Gator ever has. I think that would be
53. No dancing, no gesturing, no fighting. Just >52 points. That would be
the perfect way to show them no respect and not get reprimanded by the SEC.
It would be totally humiliating for Georgia yet no one could say we were
acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner. Beautiful. I hope they score 76!
Oliver

Since we haven't heard from the infamous Two Daves in a couple of weeks,
I've decided to fill in for them. Besides, taking on a project like this
will help me get my mind off the infamous "dance in the end zone" from last
year. I don't know about you, but I still feel traumatized from it! Some
body call Lauren Anderson and ask her if she'd tuck me in tonight.

Disclaimer: These prognostications are for amusement purposes only and
should not be depended on for gambling purposes. If, however, you do use
these predictions and win, you should feel obligated to share some of the
booty with me!

If this isn't too awful, I can see guest Olivers and fame/fortune in the
future.

Well, the Gators and Steve Spurrier really ran over those Wildcats on
Satur... What? That wasn't Steve Spurrier coaching the Gators? That was
Urban? You don't say! Now we're all going to expect 60 points every week!

This is Georgia week! Everyone remember to kick a dog, preferably while
he's down!!!

Ok, now, on to the picks.

Our games this week are:

Auburn at Ole Miss

How have the mighty fallen? It seems Tommy Tumor Ears can't get along with
anyone! He's already fired another offensive coordinator and his Plain
Tigers have fallen as a result and can't get up. On the other hand, Ole Miss
seems to have found treasure with Arkansas' rejected coach, the Nutt! I
know anything to do with Ole Miss or Rebels isn't very well received on this
list right now, so if you have a week stomach, turn away!

Ole Miss 24 - Auburn 17

Tulsa at Arkansas

Speaking of falling mightily, let's talk about Arkansas with their new NFL
reject, Bobby Petrino. I bet having your franchise quarterback in prison
doesn't look so bad to Mr Petrino right now! He's getting ready to tangle
with the number 18 team in the country with the Golden Hurricane. Heh... I
bet they scheduled this one a long time ago when Tulsa was bad, last year!
Tulsa is undefeated and will stay that way.

Tulsa 39 - Arkansas 35

Kentucky at Mississippi State

Rich Brooks is still a little drowsy from the hangover he suffered after
trying to forget about the whipping the Gators put on his Wildcats Saturday.
Just think, if all his players had been healthy, he'd only have lost by 30!
Even I got a little bored there at the end. "Yippee, John Brantley threw
for a touchdown.' Let's get this game over with and get on with the
party!!" Mississippi State and Sylvester Croom are not getting along well
right now, he has fewer fans every day. He's going to pick up a few more
thousand Saturday.

Kentucky 24 - Mississippi State 28

Arkansas State at Alabama

Nick Satan should be happy. He's just beaten Tennessee and gets the Red
Wolves Saturday. Arkansas State started the season out with a win over
Texas A&M. Surprised? Yeah, me too. They've been playing down to their
Sun Belt Conference level since then and have played poorly on the road.
The classy men of Tuscaloosa should have the second string in there after
half time as a kind of humanitarian gesture. Should, if they were classy.

Alabama 50 - Arkansas State 0

University of Florida at Georgia

That's right, at Georgia, so we'll be wearing our road jerseys this week.
You all know how much I hate Georgia. I also think they're over-rated.
Florida will make them look pitiful. Randy Shannon is betting the Gators
will do over 2 dances in the end zone Saturday. I'm betting the under,
we've done this before.

UF 49 - Georgia 20

Tennessee at South Carolina

It's hard to feel sorry for Phil Fulmer, after all, he's had a great life at
Tennessee. Won a couple of SEC championships and even a National
Championship there. He's got some good memories of his time there. He's on
his farewell tour now. Steve Spurrier will enjoy this victory. I will too.
Just don't tell anyone in the Hendersonville Rotary Club I said that!

South Carolina 17 - Tennessee 6

Tulane at LSU

LSU is licking its wounds and looking for some feel good time right now.
Here comes the Green Wave! Les Miles is going to do his best to make his
fans forget the recent past and make Tulane look bad. That won't be
difficult. Tulane held the mighty Crimson Tide to 20 points yet gave up a
combined 86 to Army and Rice. Les can even afford to look ahead to Alabama
during this game.

LSU 36 - Tulane 10
