I've been going nuts trying to figure out the name of the song that the Gator Radio Network plays, and has been playing for a few years now, during it's basketball, baseball, and football game coverage. It's usually played as a segue to and from commercials and after-game shows, etc. It's a piano solo of a fairly recent pop song that does have vocals, but the part they play is a long piano solo part of the song.
I once thought I heard someone on the air say "Cold Play" so I googled it, and thought I'd maybe found it under the song "Speed of Sound" but the song does not have that long piano solo in it, even though the rest of it sounds hauntingly familiar, so maybe it's another Cold Play song? The reason I want to find it is because it brings back so many happy memories of the Gators, particularly the back-to-back basketball team. I mostly had to listen to it on the radio, and every time I hear the song I get goosebumps thinking about the 04's and how wonderful those two seasons were.
