E. Moody 4 23 5.8 10 0 0

Moody did have four carries for 23 yards - which is more than I thought.  Still - the scat backs were not working - and think we should have used Moody to pound them more - all we needed was 4 yards per run - he was averaging 6.

That does not make sense.  As if we weren't asking last year why they didn't get more of the offense involved - other than Tebow and Harvin - and then the coaches say the same thing.  Sometimes you can't see the forest because of the trees.

Rainey was in for a few plays, but has an injured groin (that may require surgery) and was ineffective.

Apparently Moody's main role right now is to help us ice the game when we have a lead by punishing tired defenders with his strong inside running.

I'd also like to see him get some more looks earlier in the game, but I can certainly understand how having our speed guys in the backfield can cause defenses to be vulnerable somewhere by having to worry about a quick hitter going the distance.

Like Leon said, this offense has been much too successful for me to second guess the coaches strategies.

I didn't see Rainey, either.

I wondered whether he got lost on the way to the game.
