If you are a single person then you have to pay 342.5 dollars (Excluding Electricity, Internet).If you are 2 persons sharing the room then you have to pay $171.25 per head. There is absolutely no security deposit or any other fees. You need not pay any rent for the December. You can even take my 2 Big study/computer tables, a revolving chair and a portable wooden book shelf for free if you like. Interesting features: 1. University Campus: 5-8 min by Bus, 15 min by Walk 2. Bus No’s: 13, 16, 17 3. Bus Frequency: Every 10 min 4. Bus stop: Just outside the Apt (Less than a min --Walk) 5. High-Speed Internet connection 6. Swimming Pool, Gym, Laundry (All are very close within the Apartments –Should take 1 min) 7.Extremely efficient pest control (monthly) 8.Very quiet neighborhood. 9. Very close to Shands and VA hospitals (5 min by walk) 10.Winn Dixie: 8-10 min by Walk 11. The house has A/C, Heater, Microwave, Vacuum Cleaner, Dish washer, Fridge etc. 12. Complex is nice and very peaceful with a parking lot just outside the apartment. 13 Gas station- very close (Should take 1 min). 14. Proximity to LaFamilia (Cuban Restaurant), El Toro (Mexican), The taste of India (Indian Restaurant), Chineese Super Buffet (Chineese Restaurant), Sawamura(Japanese Restaurant), Bahn Thai (Thai Restaurant), Subway, Ronald McDonald House , Steak and shake, Guthrie's, Arby's, Joe’s Deli, Domino’s Pizza and more (It should take 2-3 mins by walk). If you are looking for a calm and peaceful environment which is very close to the Campus and which is very comfortable and congenial to study and also to live with very low rent, then this is definitely a place that you would love to live.
