Yeah, I have to say that I really don't want Marve at Florida, but this seems way over the top. Shannon is basically banishing the kid from playing at any major school in the Southeast or mid-Atlantic part of the country. This isn't about not wanting to see him on the other sideline in future games, it's about punishing him for whatever it is that has caused this rift in the first place. How could it possibly hurt Miami to let him go to, say, Tennessee or LSU? I didn't like that Brock was going to play against us after transferring to Miami, but I respected our coaches for letting him go wherever he thought he had the best chance to be successful.

It's . . . spitefulness and vengeance.'' Didn't we let Brock transfer to Miami? Wasn't he just as decorated of a recruit as Marve? The prohibition of any SEC team (no LSU, not Tennessee) strikes me as spiteful as well. -Zeb --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ GATORS: ONE VOICE ON SATURDAY - NO VOICE ON SUNDAY! 1996 National Football Champions | 2006 National Basketball Champions 2006 National Football Champions | 2007 National Basketball Champions Three Heisman Trophy winners: Steve Spurrier (1966), Danny Wuerffel (1996), Tim Tebow (2007) - Visit our website at www.gatornet.us -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
