I'm still wondering why we haven't heard of any disciplinary action against Nic
Harris for pulling on Harvin's feet on national TV. I mean, he jerked them so
hard that Harvin's body was physically moved several inches while lying on the
ground. That was not only poor sportsmanship, but OU's athletic department
should apologize for it.

BTW, don't worry, Slugger. You HAVE been unsubscribed from GatorTalk. I'm only
copying you on this email because I feel the need to express my frustration to
someone who believes the Sooners are a class act. In my book, OU was way up
there until Thursday night. Now, they are no different than the thugs that play
for FSU or Miami. There were MANY cheap shots that simply should not have
happened.

Florida's Harvin doesn't let injury stop him in BCS title game

Until aggravating the high left ankle sprain on a 12-yard gain in the fourth
quarter, which required on-field medical attention, Harvin hadn't provided a
single indication Thursday night that his ankle was ever bothering him at all.

After the game, Harvin said he felt Oklahoma's players, specifically on that
play, were trying to go after the ankle.

''They tried to hurt me, but they couldn't,'' Harvin said.
