Subject: [2daves] Two Daves Pick The SEC - Special Edition

It's the Saturday after national signing day. The SEC loaded up in
recruits, with SEC schools making up roughly half of the top 20 recruiting
classes.

Three CONSECUTIVE BCS titles for the SEC, and four of the last six. The
conference is so good, ESPN spent bailout sized money to sign up SEC sports
for broadcasting rights.

Vanderbilt went to a bowl game for the first time in over two decades (they
won it as well)

Rich Brooks is doing a great job at Kentucky

Mississippi State hired one of, if not the best young coaches in the nation
in Dan Mullen.

Life in the SEC is good, so we thought.

Well, it turns out the Tennessee hired the biggest dumbass in the nation in
Lane Kiffin. I'm sure you've heard by now that Kiffin publicly accused
Florida's Urban Meyer and Alabama's Nick Saban of violating NCAA rules (so
what if Kiffin didn't even know the rules).

After leading the Oakland Raiders to an impressive 5-15 mark, Al Davis fired
him. Yes, the scumbag cretin that hired Kiffin FIRED Kiffin. Its bad
enough to be hired by Davis, but to be fired by him? Damn!

So why am I telling the 2daves readers this?

Seven months before the game, I'm calling for Florida to BITCHSLAP Tennessee
on September 19th. Kiffin's first game against Florida is in the Swamp.
Smart move, dumbass, you gave them priceless material to skulldrag you up
and down the field. Right now, I'd say that Florida wins by 50. Yes, I
said 50. I hope its more, a whole freakin lot more.

Eight months before Kiffin gets to have his first encounter with Nick Saban
in Tuscaloosa (October 24, 2009), I'll go ahead and say Bama wins by 30, and
I hope it's a whole lot more.

Lane Kiffin, you were given the privilege to coach in the best conference,
top to bottom, in the nation, at a school with deep pockets and a very loyal
fan base that regularly fills up Neyland Stadium with 104,000 plus fans.
You get swim in the SEC pool, and your first big move is to piss in it? How
damned stupid are you? I'd say VERY stupid, you just falsely accused the
two most successful and respected coaches in the SEC and the NCAA of
violating NCAA rules. Your egregious act drew ire from SEC Commissioner
Mike Slive, a man of few words that usually protects his own. You even
demonstrated that you don't know jack about NCAA regulations, and I'm sure
that your demonstrated ignorance will get the NCAA's attention.

You do have a friend in Bobby Petrino, your actions make him look like a
saint.

Hiring your daddy as the defensive coordinator isn't going to save you. You
are a marked man. Welcome to the SEC, bitch.
