I did not read anything about being drunk or drugs.  Some people - just aren't nice as you and I.

At least they didn't have to ask her - who's your daddy ?!?!

Keith,

What this girl need is help.  It is obvious that she has a substance abuse problem and needs to get treatment.

Disorderly house is probably a noise violation issue.

1. YOu will never get any favors by being rude to police officers

2. "Disorderly House" ?!?!  YOu have got to be kidding me.

I think this young lady needs to learn when to shut up.  None of this would have happened.

Daughter of Gators assistant football coach arrested

BY DAVID JONES • FLORIDA TODAY • February 16, 2009

GAINESVILLE _ Jillian McCarney, the daughter of University of Florida assistant head coach Dan McCarney, was arrested late Saturday night after allegedly assaulting a police officer.

The Iowa City Press-Citizen reported that police said McCarney became verbally abusive after an officer arrested her for having a disorderly house. Police claimed she screamed, "Do you know who my dad is? He is Dan McCarney.''

McCarney, who was unavailable for comment on Monday, grew up in Iowa City and played football at the University of Iowa and was a three-year letterman. He captained the 1974 team his senior season. McCarney was the head coach at Iowa State 1995-06.

He coached for one season at South Florida before joining the Florida staff last season, coaching primarily the defensive line during the Gators' national championship season. McCarney's name was mentioned for several head coaching vacancies but remains at part of the UF staff.

According to the Press-Citizen, Jillian McCarney, 21, faces several charges for the incident. Among those are disorderly house and assault on a peace officer. The paper reported that assaulting an officer is a serious misdemeanor which could carry a year in prison and $1,500 fine.

Jillian McCarney allegedly attempted to strike the officer with her left shoulder and kick the officer with her left leg, while continuing to be verbally abusive and threatening violence.

Police said she "guaranteed all her charges will be 'dropped' because her name is 'McCarney,' and they have 'a lot of money.''

The Press-Citizen reported that Dan McCarney's father, Patrick, had a long career in law enforcement and was once the Iowa City police chief.
