The Gator baseball team swept the #8 Louisville team 3 games to 0 by defeating them this afternoon at the Mac 3-2. Tied going into the 9th inning, the Gators allowed two on the bases at the corners with only 1 out in the top of the 9th, but allowed no runs to score. In the bottom of the 9th the Gators engineered a rally to win the game 3-2.
In other SEC action, or inaction, the Vol game with Washington State at Knoxvegas was cancelled due to snow. The Gator game was played on a sunny, 67 degree field of green grass below the flights and calls of osprey circling overhead in a blue sky with high light cirrus clouds. A.
