Actually, Randy, it's a well documented story that Oliver was pushing old ladies, children, and Larry out of the way to get up in line behind the guy that designed the plate/tag. Oliver was ruthless that day just to get a low number, thus we saw the real side of Oliver. :-)
In all seriousness, Oliver must have been one of the first few people to sign up on the promissory form and pay his $25 (when the state looks for a 1,000 people to pledge to buy the plate if they make it).
