There have been numerous In & Out locations throughout G'ville over the years. The oldest one I recall was way east off Hawthorne Rd. There was at one time another one near downtown (probably the 2nd Ave and Main location Mary mentions). There was one on Archer Rd in the late 70s and early 80s, and there was one very near campus on NW 13th St in the late 80s when I was back there in school. I don't think that one was as far north as NW 16th Ave, though... more like NW 5th Ave. My daughter and I used to go there fairly frequently for grilled cheese sandwiches and milk shakes. ;-)
