We haven't used the on demand movies much but whenever I have used it, I also thought the newer ones were fairly priced (saves a lot if you consider the recent Gas prices!). the older ones, we have been able to watch some of the good ones at $1.99 too [BTW, I have Brighthouse Networks (Time Warner)]
