I feel a little bad for Urb. He didn't initiate the comment, nor was  
it made right after a game.

The SEC rule is that coaches are allowed to send video in of any  
calls that the coach thought were incorrect or needed clarification.  
I recall SOS doing this often.

At a press conference, after the video is sent (and Urban is silent),  
he is asked what plays were on the video that he sent in. Although  
answering honestly, he clearly tried to stay within the rule when  
answering.

I can't equate this to a coach in a post-game press conference  
claiming that the refs cost his team the game.
