I would have to also say that the economy also has a lot to do with it. Gator Boosters just postponed the per-seat contribution increase, and then cut the increase by half...it's getting harder for folks to afford their tickets (and all the expenses of hotels, food, gas, etc that goes with it). It's my understanding that Florida was hit harder than most of the other states. And from what I saw and heard on my last visit to Tampa, it certainly seems true.
