We have lost coaches before and Urban seems to reload the coaches just about as well as he does with players. Often the new coaches are an upgrade. I think this may well be this year as well. I like our new receivers coach. I don't think we should promote a DC from within, especially now. I would like to see us bring in a top DC (who might be potentially a replacement head coach.) Who are some of the best defensive minds out there right now? Which one of them might be a great future head coach?
