I'm into whatever the Gators are playing. When we start the Gator curling team I'll be there watching.

But I don't like to be at Gator games because I can't get enough information about what is going on - I would rather watch it on tv. Whereas other sports, such as baseball, I love to just go sit in the stands with some regular friends, some cold friends, and hang out. -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Re: [gatortalk] Fogey-ism From: Steve McKibben <[email protected] <mailto://[email protected]> > Date: Tue, June 15, 2010 9:03 am To: [email protected] <mailto://[email protected]> Same here! I took out the "boring sport" comment. Just because I find it boring doesn't mean that some folks don't find it boring at all. There's a sport that I like a lot that's in the news right now that a lot of you are not interested in at all, and that's cool. I think it's great that I have the opportunity to watch my sport of choice, just like the folks that follow baseball, golf, motorsports, bowling, tennis, etc., do. Randy wrote: LOL! I can't watch baseball PERIOD unless the gators are playing. Gene S. wrote: I was watching MLB last nite, and between innings switched to the OK-VA Super Regional. It only took one 'PING' of the metal bat to drive me back to the Ichiros vs. the Pujols. I can't watch college baseball unless it's the Gators.
