It was terrific. Over two days we had six different types of ribs. Dry, wet, spicy, not so spicy. We also had some excellent brisket and pulled pork, but we made a decision early on the first day to focus on ribs. It was really a lot of fun. I had purchased a "Fast Pass," which enabled us to bypass very long lines at each pit. Basically, for $125, you get credit for $100 worth of BBQ, plus you get to go on Fast Pass only lines, which were much shorter. Since we were using our credit for ourselves and our friends, we had no problem using up the $100 credit over two days. We're looking forward to doing it again next year. It was definitely worthwhile. Maybe next year we can get a Gator contingent. Go Gators!!!! Ken B.
