But an intoxicated trespasser wasn't so fine. University Police Capt. Jeff Holcomb said police and an emergency medical technician were dispatched to the house on West University Avenue regarding a man in the swimming pool. The man was not an invited guest and was being removed from the property, Holcomb said.
