Dang, that's discrimination against short people. There have been plenty of times when I've stepped up onto the seat of some tall person in front of me who couldn't seem to stay in his seat. Why not... he certainly wasn't using his seat! ;-) Even when I'm standing on the seat in front of me, I'm not tall enough to obstruct anyone else's view. LOL.

Of the five arrests, three were UF students.
