I'm married to a latin woman with a sister, a mother, 6 aunts and
countless female cousins.
I've seen nothing in 19 years of marriage to suggest that latin women
dress more provocatively than any other ethnic group. To be frank - I
think the opposite might be true, the actions of Ines Sainz
notwithstanding.
I suppose more provocatively than the Amish, or a woman wearing a
burka, would be true but other than those types of examples, I would
say no.
