College football has always been bigger in the South. ABC didn't get that idea when they always tried to show Ohio State, Michigan, Notre. etc.
There are more fans who will go to Atlanta, pay more money and buy more t-shirts. Atlanta is the perfect place for the hall. I just hope there's more stuff about the SEC when they move. I've never been to South Bend. I actually had it on my list mainly to visit the college football hall of fame which is moving to Atlanta at some point. Although I'm sure the CFHOF will do better financially in Atlanta it just seems to me that South Bend is a more appropriate location. Canton. Ohio and Cooperstown, Ny aren't exactly tourist hotbeds but I haven't seen any suggestion to move those facilities. Sorry to go off topic.
