Certainly all of these factors contributed.  Above all, it begins and ends with 
coaching, IMNHO.  It has been brought up numerous times that Adazzio is 
over-scoped.  A friend of mine who has attended every game this year has 
noticed that during the game, play calling is not adjusted so much b/c Adazzio 
spends his time talking to the OL.  If true, that is easily fixed with the 
hiring of another coach to take on either the OL or the offense.   Of course, 
this could have zero impact on the plays that are called...    

Leadership is huge, too, and plays a big role on the freshmen chemistry.  Those 
two things alone can turn a season into a nightmare without the coaching woes.

Being the Pollyanna that I am, I believe  Meyer will figure it out.  If he does 
not, Foley most certainly will!
