well im not too impressed with Drayton and ive made that pretty clear... but the circumstances of the departures were vastly different. Leaving by post it note that your going to a major rival... is pretty tacky not to mention unprofessional.
Of course.. the argument that I was also unprofessional for quitting without notice on my birthday several years ago would be valid as well... but the difference is... I was treated unfairly (and I was young) ... I dont think Gonzalez was treated unfairly just didnt get the job he wanted.
