I don't know how critical 10+ years is (nor how practical it is to expect that 
these days), but I think they're trying their best to get someone that they can 
reasonably expect to stay longer than two or three years. It's a tough sell to 
recruits if you're running a "revolving door program".

is that realistic?  Im hearing alot of criticism thats why ppl dont want 
Harbaugh for fear his "destination" wouldnt be UF... but the NFL.
