Worked fine in 08. Just sayin.

Noah Brindhise said this morning he thinks we ditch the spread because most
D coachs do and prefer the traditional pro-style/drop back.. but admitted he
wasnt sure what would happen. If he does go that route... it benefits
Brantley to a certain degree... but it will require a WHOLE lotta coachin up
and some damn good recruiting. I just think you more regularly have
players available to run a more pro-style offense than you do the spread...
particularly at QB... atleast the kind of QB that UF needs to run it. I
will say it again..... players like Tebow and Newton... we will not come
across ona regular basis. And (as far as Im concerned)... if your gonna run
the spread in the SEC... you need someone like that at QB.
