Kiffin is an arrogant jerk. After all of his attacks on Meyer and the Gators, you'd have to be thick-skinned, indeed, not to feel great satisfaction from this. And the thing is, it's not like he would know how to change his ways now, so it's just a matter of time before he gets caught again. I'll enjoy that too.
Pearl seemed like more of a gentleman in public, but it turns out that cheating was a way of life for him too. He just hid it better than Kiffin. He deserves having been fired. Can the NCAA impose penalties on a coach once he's left? If not, they should change the rules so you can't run away from the consequences of your actions. If they find the coach to be personally responsible for a major violation, they should be able to impose penalties at the new school too.
