Ahh...FlaVet. I used to deliver Chinese food there when I was THE delivery driver for Orient Express. I used to haul butt all over town in that diesel Rabbit with the dragon painted on the sides! I banged those gears to death. Good thing it wasn't a 911 or I'd be dead or in prison!! The owner, Jack Maas, sold the place to a guy named Tony and all the cost cutting ruined the quality and it went under. Jack bought it back and it was resurrected under the name TailGator. All the waitresses wore cheerleading outfits and tennis shoes. Can you think of a college student having some of the most fun in his life??? I can. Maybe some of you ate there? It was up stairs next door to the Copper Monkey. We carried all the Gator games on satellite, when we were on probation.
