The concept was honorable, I guess - those designs are part of the Maryland flag, the colors are from the Calvert and Howard coats of arms if I recall (Calvert & Howard being the dominant settling families of Maryland), but they totally did not work on either side of the helmet. I can maybe live with the sleeve design. Maybe.
