Does this force the SEC's hand? I would think it pretty much
eliminates any
ACC team from defecting. (Va tech, Maryland, NC State), The ACC also
raised
the buyout to 20 million. Does West Va become a target? Does the SEC
even
care? The landscape of college football appears to be changing rapidly.
