Would LSU still play Alabama for the MNC?

If so, wouldn't there be three SEC teams in the BCS; LSU, Ga and Bama? Is that
even allowed?

Strange to think of two teams from a conference playing for the MNC when
neither is the champion of its conference.

If LSU would play some other team like a Stanford, then if I were Les Miles, I
would lose on purpose. Play Stanford, and box Alabama out of the BCS
Championship game.
