Malayan went Arky, Tulsa, Auburn. Tresell came out of FBS, Oregons Chip Kelly the same. I think it is ludicrous to question Kerwins credentials. You can debate whether he, or White is a better candidate, but he surely is a highly qualified candidate.
Afterall, what exactly are Brian Whites credentials that are so impressive? He was a co-OC at Wisconsin? Let's just say the folks in Wisconsin don't miss him. Kerwins not only brings experience as a play caller, recruiter and program builder, but he brings the intangibles like no other hire could that will bring the fan base together.
