**Multiple sources reporting IMG Performance Institute head of physical
conditioning Jeff Dillman will become the head strength coach for the
Florida Gators.  Dillman will replace Mickey Mariotti, who left to become
the head strength coach at Ohio State.  One source said he was hired two
weeks ago.
