The loss to Georgia hurts but it may actually get us in a BCS bowl. If we win out with a quality win against F$U and assuming that Georgia goes to the CCG representing the East and is crushed by Alabama, Florida will almost assuredly have a high enough BCS ranking to get into a BCS bowl. Had we won against Georgia and won out but were crushed by Alabama, we might not have gotten a BCS bowl offer. If Georgia loses to Auburn and we win out, we will still have to play and look respectable against Alabama to get a BCS bowl. Alabama has a defense that can make anyone look bad, so our chances might actually have improved with our Georgia loss. Any other glass half full people out there today?
