Filomena (Phyllis) Tobias, a Jupiter resident, was photographed Wednesday night<x-apple-data-detectors://2>leaning over the rail from her seat behind the Bulls bench, her mouth open and her right middle finger extended inches from Noah's face. The incident occurred early in the fourth quarter after Noah picked up his second technical foul in the Heat's 115-78 victory that evened the Eastern Conference semifinals at 1-1<x-apple-data-detectors://3>. Tobias' fourth husband, investment manager and CNBC commentator Seth Tobias, drowned Sept. 4, 2007, in the pool in the back yard of the couple's $5 million, 6,700-square-foot mansion in the Bear's Club. He was 44. During the struggle over Seth Tobias' estate, Phyllis Tobias was accused of murdering her husband by his brothers, who claimed in a civil complaint that she drugged him before luring him into the pool. But after a five-month investigation Jupiter police found no evidence of foul play and cleared Phyllis of any suspicion. A settlement was reached three months ago that divided the $25 million estate between Phyllis Tobias and Seth Tobias' brothers, Samuel and Spence. Phyllis Tobias, 47, and her family are Heat season-ticket holders. "Every team loves their fans to get involved. When you get to that point, though, that's not what we like to deal with," Heat guard Dwyane Wade said Thursday of the Noah incident. "At the end of the day we're all human. We're regular people just like you. It's unfortunate. We just want to ask our fans to cheer for us and to boo them when they come here and all that, but stay first class here around Miami." -- -- GATORS: ONE VOICE ON SATURDAY - NO VOICE ON SUNDAY! 1996 National Football Champions | 2006 National Basketball Champions 2006 National Football Champions | 2007 National Basketball Champions 2008 National Football Champions | Three Heisman Trophy winners: Steve Spurrier (1966), Danny Wuerffel (1996), Tim Tebow (2007) - Visit our website at www.gatornet.us<http://www.gatornet.us> --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "GatorTalk" group.
