Yeah... we went dormant at the end of the first half. UNF went on a 16-4 run to end the half. They played with much more heart and tenacity.
However, Billy D was playing some awful lineups and was using the whole bench. I think he used this as a teaching moment. At one point, we had 4 guards and Kurtz was playing center. And none of the guards playing any meaningful minutes last year. He is probably trying to save his starters while, at the same time, showing them that he is not afraid to sit them. He will need to do that with this team... with all the suspensions, they seem to forget who butters their bread. The starters played really well... but Billy will have an earful for them.
