Yeah, that's where I'm coming from. It's not about blame, it's about what we can do. Losing games in a season is one thing, but these injuries have lifelong implications for these young men. We owe it to them to have them properly conditioned. I'm not suggesting that we crucify Coach Dillman, but I don't think you can have this many non-game-day soft tissue injuries and not re-examine what you are doing. I appreciate the idea of asking experts if you're doing okay, but when you have this many injuries, you cannot accept a simple 'you're doing fine.' Clearly we're not doing fine, so we need to be sending Dillman to guys who are on the cutting edge to see what more we can do. Oh, and take their scooters away, too! :-)
