All of the recruiting junkies know that in order to recruit a full class
and offer all of the kids we are after, we actually need about 10 guys
to transfer out, ( recruiting lingo = attrition) this is what we are
seeing happen. To make room for the proposed and hoped for incoming
recruiting class we still need about 5 or 6 more to decide to transfer.
This actually happens every year, but because of how bad our season went
this year it seems to be more and more painful. Other than Silberman,
none of the transferees were "starters or players", and Silberman would
not have seen much playing time if not for the incredible amount of
injuries. Patience fellow grasshoppers....... :)
