That's what I read... that he was investigated and found to have actively opposed the school's relationship with the booster. He is also said to have told his players to stay away from the guy. If that's true, then I am not concerned about his having been the Miami coach per se. I am only worried if he actually did participate in the scandal, which I guess we will never really know for sure. Since Coach Mac didn't ask my opinion, I won't worry about it. I'll just trust that Mac knows what he's doing and will be happy if Shannon pulls in some great recruits from South Florida.
