Nice to set low expectations, Oliver! :-) I'm going to admit that I really wanted to see one of the current gymnastics assistants (hey, even both!) to move up to HC, but maybe they weren't interested. There's a lot of schmoozing, paperwork, and general crap that comes with the job at the collegiate level that isn't part of the job if one was an elite or national team coach.
