North End Zone has seatbacks above row 28 (lower level) - I think they start at 30. Those seats are also in the shade (mostly) because of the overhang. Also, some folks have the Gator Seats which are the temporary cushion/seatbacks. StubHub allows you to note whether your seat has seatbacks or not, so you can sort for tickets with that attribute.
Wish I had known you were interested earlier. We have NEZ seats with the Gator Seats, just under the overhang, and we donated them back to UF so they could in turn give them to servicemen/servicewomen to attend the game as we cannot.
