"The O line has actually done a decent job in pass protection, too often though Treon runs out of the pocket instead of stepping into it."
I agree with your overall sentiment that Treon is not getting the job done. I feel for him to! He would not have come to UF with the current staff here. He came to play in the spread offense that Pease was running. I also disagree with your assessment on the offense of line. This is not entirely true or your memory isn't recalling this correctly. In the Vandy & FAU games, the O-Line played like crap! Coach Mac even agreed with that. They didn't run block or pass block well and looked like dead fish. Remember? In the F$U game, the O-Line played a little better overall, but the pass blocking still wasn't where it should be. Often times, he could barely take 3-5 steps back before the rusher got through the line and was chasing him. There were occasions where he did step up in the pocket and the line couldn't hold the D back and he got sacked or chased. Maybe I'm watching different games. ;-) Sent From Shane's iPhone Go Gators! & Skål Vikes! > On Dec 3, 2015, at 3:54 PM, Kirkley <[email protected]> wrote: > > You must be watching different games than me.
