Agreed, and my understanding (perhaps the rules have changed since last year) was that any elbow to the head above shoulder level - intentional or not - was at least a Flagrant I. If intentional, a Flagrant II. Vandy’s elbow to Leon was way up (the Vandy player had been jumping).
