I can vouch for this rivalry with Vanderbilt. They do hate us. I got a lot of reaction all day yesterday from the out-of-the-closet Vanderbilt fans I know.

Here was an example — after Florida’s 4-2 win on Friday night, as fireworks were shooting off behind them, the Vandy players stared intently at the Florida dugout like they were “Children from the Corn”. It was creeping me out. I used to think FSU or Miami was Florida’s biggest rival and one of them still might be. But there’s no question Florida is Vanderbilt’s biggest baseball rival.
