GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- While Florida will be without seven starters on Saturday
against LSU, it looks positive for two other banged-up players in the middle of
the week.

Defensive end CeCe Jefferson (foot) and offensive lineman Tyler Jordan (right
ankle) have both practiced this week after missing the South Carolina game.
Jefferson looks close to full health again.

"CeCe's a true, he's one of the team leaders, which is rare for a guy of that
age," coach Jim McElwain said. "I think that that's pretty cool. He's a guy
that really wants to play. He'll do everything he can to get out there. But I
do believe that it is a lift, especially where Cox is, we're going to need
that, somebody trying to set the edge. He'll definitely try to do that."
