This is what confuses me. First, if the legal fee is inflated; isn it extortion to demand that an artificial fee be paid “or else?” Simply charging an inflated fee seems unethical. Second, how could anyone realistically think that their opponent would pay their substantial legal fees, unless UF had done so before?
