Nick Smith - Fr. - Linebacker [image: Nick Smith] Smith joined the Gators as part of the 2017 recruiting class choosing UF over schools such as LSWho, Nebraska, and Oregon. He went to Dr. Phillips HS (where I would have eventually gone had I not moved to Atlanta) where he and his team won the state 8A championship. In his senior season he recorded 96 tackles (15 for loss), forced three fumbles, recovered a fumble and intercepted a pass.
