Lemons chose to commit to the Gators as part of the 2017 recruiting class over programs like Mich, LSU, Ohio State, scUM, UCLA, Tenn and Auburn. In high school Lemons rushed for a total of 2,307 yards on 320 carries. He averaged 85.4 yards per game and found the end zone a total of 27 times. 24 of those were rushing touchdowns.
