- 2017 guaranteed pay: $2,900,000 - Total contract pay: $16,000,000 - Contract length: 5 years - Start date: 12/7/2016 - Expires: 1/31/2022 Incentives - National title bonus: $500,000 for winning; 250,000 for qualifying - CFP semifinal win: $200,000 - CFP semifinal appearance: $175,000 - Conference title bonus: $150,000 - Conference regular season division title bonus: $100,000 - Misc athletic-based incentives: $100,000 for 9 wins, $100,000 for 10 wins, $200,000 for 11 wins, $250,000 for 12 wins; - Coach of the year award bonus: $25,000 for PAC 12 coach of year; $50,000 for National coach of year. - Academic bonuses: $100,000 for annual team APR of at least 985. - Car: University provides two cars - Tickets: 12 tickets and suite to football home games; 4 tickets to other sports. - Golf/country club: Family membership to Eugene Country Club and Downtown Athletic Club.
